Aishwarya John

I'm a counsellor psychologist with relevant experience working as an EAP counsellor at Workplace Options with a relevant masters degree in psychology with a clinical specialisation. I also have several internship experiences under my belt in counselling and clinical set-ups, which have allowed me to gain good clinical judgement in one session and assess the client's level of insight and willingness to seek help. I'm an ethically grounded, queer-inclusive counsellor who has helped clients through managing work-life balance, boundary setting in interpersonal relationships, anxiety and depressive disorders. I also have relevant experience working with at-risk clients, creating a safety plan and guiding them to receive appropriate help.
