Sherin Susan Manfred

My name is Sherin Susan Manfred and I am an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have completed my M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from The National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities (NIEPMD), Chennai. My therapeutic inclination is towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma informed approaches, Mindfulness based interventions, Gestalt therapy and Supportive Psychotherapy to name a few. I work with children, adolescents as well as adults and curate my services to a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use, autism, ADHD, among others. I have 4+ years of experience working in the field of mental health working in private sectors of disability, children and adults. My goal is to help my clients achieve a sense of calm and control over the things that may be causing them distress and help facilitate a safe space for them to tell their story and make sense of it.
