With a BSc. Hons in Psychology (Second Class Upper) and ongoing studies in Counselling & Psychotherapy, I bring both academic grounding and practical experience in emotional support and mental wellness. I’ve worked as a *Counselor and Assistant Lecturer at KIU University*, where I supported students with academic stress, emotional challenges, and personal development. I’ve also served as a *Special Needs Therapist*, offering individualized care and behavior guidance for children with diverse needs. My role as a listener is rooted in empathy, patience, and non-judgment—creating a safe space for individuals to express themselves, feel heard, and work toward healthier mental and emotional outcomes.
