Anandini Kistamah

I am a Clinical Psychologist with hands-on experience supporting children and families through complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Currently working with the Probation and After Care Service, I specialize in supervised visitation, parent-child bonding, and managing serious behavioral concerns in children and adolescents. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, child-centered, and family-inclusive. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and attachment-focused interventions to help children develop healthy emotional regulation and social skills, while also supporting parents and caregivers in strengthening their relationships and communication. My goal is to provide a compassionate, structured, and collaborative space where individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting positive changes.
