As a psychotherapist, I strive to create spaces that feel safe, genuine, and deeply human. My professional journey has involved working with individuals across age groups, with particular experience in child, adolescent, and young adult mental health. I often work with concerns related to anxiety, inattention, low mood, and life transitions. What motivates me most is witnessing small but meaningful shifts, moments when clients begin to trust themselves again, find language for what they’re feeling, or take a step toward healing. For me, therapy is not just about symptom relief but about rediscovering connection, resilience, and self-understanding. At the heart of my work lies a simple belief: everyone deserves a space where their story can be heard with compassion and respect. My role is to walk alongside clients as they make sense of their experiences and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
