Sofia Grammatikou

I am a recent graduate with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the European University of Cyprus. I have also completed a 40-hour retraining in Clinical Psychopathology, which has deepened my understanding of mental health assessment and intervention principles. With a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in applying psychological theory to support well-being, I am motivated to contribute to mental health initiatives and collaborate with professionals in delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care.
