I am a psychologist and behaviour therapist with over five years of experience in the field of psychology. I specialize in working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD). My approach is evidence based. Utilising cogitative behaviour therapy (CBT) and Behaviour therapy (BT) techniques to support positive and lasting change. In addition to working with neuro diverse children I provide therapy for individuals experienceing anxiety, depression, trauma and other psychological concerns. My goal is to help clients build emotional resilience, improve daily functioning and enhance their overall well being.
