Fady Safwat

I am a licensed psychiatrist with extensive experience in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology. My practice integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a focus on anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and OCD. Alongside my clinical work, I am actively engaged in teaching, supervision, and group therapy, helping both clients and professionals develop skills for resilience and recovery. As a bilingual practitioner fluent in Arabic and English, I provide culturally sensitive care to diverse populations, including refugees and underserved communities.
