I can help support you with challenges related to anxiety, depression, identity crises, life abroad, emotion regulation, psychological trauma, relational problems and stress. We’ll create tools that support your emotional well being and help you move toward meaningful change. My work is grounded in systemic therapy, which means I give a lot of importance to the relationships and dynamics that shape your life. Recognising that no single approach fits everyone, I apply an integrative approach that incorporates tools from other evidence-based modalities to meet each person’s unique needs and support their therapeutic process. My aim is to support individuals from diverse backgrounds navigating life abroad. This by creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to grow. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, where you bring your story and I bring tools, insight, and compassion. As a therapist, I strive to create an open, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world and work through challenges. ​ I believe that therapy is not just about addressing symptoms and I don’t see symptoms as something to “fix,” but as ways your mind and body are expressing that something deeper needs attention. Anxiety, low mood, or feeling stuck aren’t just problems to solve, they’re invitations to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. A safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of everything I do.
