I am Ashish Pandey, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from NIMS Superspeciality Hospital, Jaipur( RCI Recognised), and 2.5 years of extensive clinical experience. I currently serve as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Healing Mind Hospital, Punjab. My clinical work spans the assessment and treatment of all major mental illnesses, including Mood and Anxiety disorders, Trauma and Stress-Related Conditions, OCD, Personality disorders, Chronic pain, Sexual Health concerns (Erectile Dysfunction, Low Libido, PME etc), relationship difficulties, ADHD, and child behavioral disorders. I am trained in multiple evidence-based modalities, including CBT, Mindfulness-Based CBT, DBT, Trauma therapy, Supportive psychotherapy, Couple therapy, Sex therapy, Psycho-Oncology, and other therapy. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and rooted in evidence-based practice to facilitate meaningful psychological well-being and durable recovery.
