I am a Psychology professional with a Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical Specialization) and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, with a focus on creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. I have experience in counselling, psychological assessment, behavioural interventions, and supporting individuals with diverse emotional and developmental concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I aim to help clients develop practical coping strategies, self-awareness, and healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.
