About

I am a Public Health professional and Peer Support Worker with a passion for empowering individuals to improve their mental health, wellbeing, and resilience. With a Master of Public Health from the University of Aberdeen and experience in both frontline support and health research, I combine evidence-based knowledge with a compassionate, person-centred approach. Currently, I support people living with mental health challenges through one-to-one and group sessions, using active listening, recovery-focused techniques, and lived experience to build trust and inspire hope. I am trained in trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and suicide prevention (ASIST), and I have a certificate in counselling skills, equipping me to create safe, non-judgemental spaces for growth and healing. Alongside my coaching and support work, I have experience as a medical writer and researcher, which strengthens my ability to communicate complex health information in clear, accessible ways. I bring empathy, encouragement, and practical strategies to help clients set goals, navigate challenges, and move towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. Fluent in English and Italian, with intermediate Spanish, I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and believe in equity, inclusion, and holistic wellbeing for all.
