About

I am a trauma-informed registered therapist with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, parents, children, and families. My approach is highly relational—I believe in building a strong, understanding, and supportive connection with every person I work with. I provide therapy for adults who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck. I am trained in practical, evidence-based approaches that help people understand their thoughts and emotions, manage overwhelming feelings, and build healthier coping skills. These methods give clients concrete tools to make lasting positive changes in their lives. I have extensive experience working with people who have gone through difficult or painful life events. In my work, I create a safe, respectful space for healing, where clients feel supported and empowered to regain a sense of stability, strength, and hope. In addition, I support children, and youth through the challenges of growing up and family life, especially in the areas of emotion and behaviour management such as meltdowns, extreme tantrums, stubbornness, etc. I am trained in Triple-P (Positive Parenting Program) and work with parents to build confidence, strengthen parent-child relationships, and develop strategies for managing difficult behaviors. At the heart of my work is sensitivity and respect—I meet people where they are, and together, we move at a pace that feels right for them. Whether you are seeking personal support, parenting guidance, or therapy for your child, I will walk alongside you with care and understanding.
