I am a counsellor specialising in neuroaffirming therapy and ADHD coaching for neurodivergent people. My work centres on supporting autistic and ADHD clients to explore their experiences, manage challenges and recognise their strengths in a safe and accepting space. I trained as a school counsellor and have developed my practice over many years in therapy services and voluntary organisations, alongside community work with the National Autistic Society. Along the way I have worked with adolescents and adults from many different walks of life, offering both counselling and coaching that adapts to individual needs. In sessions, I draw on a range of approaches depending on what feels most comfortable. For some people this means talking therapy, while others prefer creative methods such as art or storytelling. For clients with ADHD I often weave in practical coaching strategies that can help with organisation, routines and everyday challenges, while keeping the focus on self-understanding and self-acceptance. I understand that seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially if previous experiences of services have been frustrating or invalidating. My role is not to fix who you are, but to work with you to build strategies that fit your life and to provide a space where your voice is heard and valued. Whether you are looking for therapy as an autistic or ADHD adult, or seeking structured coaching to navigate the ups and downs of daily life, I aim to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity and respect.
