Having completed my masters in psychosocial counselling I work with cleints using a an integrative approach with includes CBT, Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry. I work with people who are dealing with depression, trauma, difficulties with transitions in their lives, grief, relationship issues. I meet the client where they are and offer a nonjudgemental ear.
