I am a Counseling Psychologist and Career Guidance Professional dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and the NCERT Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling (DCGC), Suicide Prevention -NIMHANS, Special Educator (Pursuing). I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, personality issues, relationship and couple conflicts, self-esteem, academic and career challenges, women's mental health concerns related to PCOD/PCOS, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrative, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
