I am an open, curious, and present psychologist, passionate about helping clients nurture their healthy parts while integrating the more challenging ones. My training is in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), a deeply empathic, experiential approach that emphasizes the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and emotional awareness. I also hold a master's degree in Psychology of Trauma, which has deepened my understanding of the incredible capacity humans have to heal from their wounds and embrace new beginnings in life.
