Elisabeth Castaner

As a clinical psychologist, I support individuals and couples who seek to better understand themselves, heal emotional wounds, restore connection, or simply learn how to feel well with themselves and others. I work from an integrative, contemporary, and non-judgmental approach. I see therapy as a safe space where we can talk about what is rarely spoken: desire, pain, frustration, the fear of repeating patterns… but also about love, pleasure, and the ways we build relationships. I believe in the power of words, but above all in the value of truly being heard. For me, it is a privilege to accompany each person in their process and to witness their growth. I am grateful for the trust they place in me to work together on what matters most: their emotional and relational well-being.
