I’m a qualified therapist with experience working in mental health organisations and hospital settings. I take a person-centred approach, and offer a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself and explore what matters to you. I support people facing a range of issues such as anxiety, low mood, stress, low self esteem, life changes etc. Together, I am here to support you in finding clarity and your way forward. Outside of work, I enjoy walking in nature, travelling and reading!
