Manushri Sarakallu

I am an Counselling Psychologist with postgraduate training in Counselling Psychology from Christ University, Delhi NCR and a strong foundation in humanistic and integrative therapy approaches. My clinical experience spans schools, hospitals, de-addiction centres and community outreach programs where I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am interested in areas such as relationship psychology, sex therapy, school counselling, addiction counselling and rehabilitation. I also incorporate creative modalities such as dance movement therapy and expressive arts in my work. I have completed additional certifications in dance movement therapy, psychosocial rehabilitation, relationship psychology and palliative care, and regularly engage in workshops to enhance my skills in couple therapy, sexual dysfunctions and trauma-informed care. My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally sensitive and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe and compassionate space where clients feel heard, supported and empowered to work towards personal growth and healing.
