I’m a dedicated and professional Counselling Psychotherapist and Mentalhealth advocate, specialising in working with teenagers, young adults, but I also work with adults. I provide confidential, compassionate, and personalised support online across the UK and internationally, helping clients navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. Alongside my one-to-one therapy, I also collaborate with employers and organisations, delivering counselling support to employees to improve well-being, resilience, and workplace performance. My practice is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to creating safe spaces where people can grow and thrive. Beyond therapy, I am passionate about ethical travel and sustainable living. I founded Msafiri Tours Uganda, a responsible travel company connecting international visitors with authentic, community-based experiences, and Stone House Farm, a sustainable mixed farm in Uganda that supports agriculture, environmental care, and community development.
