Enrica Sarotto

I’m a licensed psychotherapist from Italy, currently based in Germany, and I work with children, adolescents, and adults. My background is in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and I’ve had the chance to work internationally, including in New York City. Over the years, I’ve developed a special focus on supporting expats and people navigating life transitions abroad. I know how challenging it can be to adapt to a new culture while managing personal struggles. In our sessions, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore what’s beneath the surface—looking at feelings, relationships, and the roots of difficulties—so that together we can move toward greater clarity and balance.
