As a licensed psychologist, I have training in evidence-based therapies, particularly in the systemic and CBT approaches, with a focus on individual therapeutic frameworks. I also have a background in counseling and the humanistic therapeutic model. I believe that beyond any technique, strategy, or model, what a patient truly needs for personal growth and well-being is a strong and secure attachment to both their context and their therapist.
