Mugdha Deshmukh

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapies. Over the years, I have gained diverse experience working across hospitals, educational institutions, and counseling centers, as well as co-founding The Global Therapist, a virtual platform aimed at making mental health support accessible. My professional journey includes conducting therapy sessions, career counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation, and working with children with specific learning difficulties. I follow a primarily CBT-oriented approach while integrating eclectic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. Grounded in empathy, openness, and inclusivity, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore, heal, and grow.
