I’m a BACP-registered counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling and a real passion for supporting people through life’s challenges. I’ve worked with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, and life transitions. My approach is person-centred and down-to-earth, offering a calm, supportive space where you can feel safe, listened to, and free to explore whatever’s on your mind, at your own pace.
