As a Counselling Psychologist, I work with various day to day concerns like relationship issues, body image concerns, self esteem, motivation, stress, etc. I offer an empathetic and judgement free space where we hold space for all the different parts of you and learn to sit with silence. I like to use an eclectic approach with ACT and IFS to work through the issues, which might occasionally blend narrative practices to hold your stories with deeper care.
