I'm a Clinical Psychologist and EAP Counselor who finds deep fulfillment in supporting people across all stages of life from children and adolescents navigating developmental challenges to adults facing workplace stress and complex mental health conditions.My experience spans working with young people on the autism spectrum, those with ADHD and behavioral challenges, as well as adults managing conditions like depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. I'm passionate about helping people build confidence and develop healthier communication patterns.What drives me is the ability to sit with someone during their most vulnerable moments and meet each person exactly where they are. I use approaches like CBT and ACT that we tailor together to fit their unique needs and circumstances.I am very passionate about psychological assessment uncovering the story behind someone's struggles through clinical interviews and evaluations. But what matters most is translating those insights into practical strategies that people can actually use in their daily lives.Whether connecting face-to-face or remotely, my goal remains creating a safe space where healing can happen and helping people discover their own resilience and strength.
