Swetha Nair

As a graduate and post graduate in Clinical Psychology, I specialize in working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, prenatal and postnatal mental health, and child behavioral issues. I have experience supporting both children and adults through psychological assessments, therapy, and individualized care. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), de-stressing art therapy, inner child healing, and couple therapy, allowing me to tailor interventions based on each client’s unique needs.
