Studying psychology is the way I help myself to find meanings in my life so now I become a counselor to help others. I am interested in working with who finds difficulties in their lives at this moment and willing to try and work to acheive your goals. Life is like a photograph-it turns out better when you SMILE so you can choose to feel differently despite your current situation. As a licensed mental health associate, I specilized in depression, anxiety and trauma, I offer counselling session with evidence-based approach CBT, DBT and ACT.
