As a licensed Counselling Psychologist, I integrate comprehensive clinical research knowledge with practical therapeutic expertise to inform my work. My involvement across diverse clinical and research environments has given me a well-rounded perspective on mental health difficulties. Research has shown that as many as one in two of us can experience a mental health problem in our lives. I draw on a range of evidence-based methods—including CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, and EMDR—to support your growth, resilience, and long-term independence. With a specialism in trauma-focused work, particularly complex childhood trauma, psychosis, and complex PTSD, I also work broadly across various mental health challenges using an integrative and client-centred approach. My dedication to advancing psychological knowledge and making meaningful contributions to the field is demonstrated by my academic accomplishments, which deepen the understanding of mental health and therapeutic approaches.
