I am a Mental Health Counselor with Psychology and Social Work background. My work across schools, NGOs, and digital platforms has focused on emotional support, life skills, conflict resolution, and bridging communication between students, families, and institutions. I have experience offering psychological first aid and psychosocial support in both in-person and virtual settings, and am currently empaneled with multiple organizations providing tele-counselling across diverse populations.
