As a mental health professional, I am qualified to work across various domains of human behavior, applying evidence-based psychological principles to assess, diagnose, intervene, and prevent mental health conditions in individuals, groups, and organizational settings. I also have experience designing and conducting research focused on clinically relevant psychological processes that enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. In addition, I am capable of teaching at the university level and in other educational settings, fostering the understanding and application of psychological knowledge to support emotional well-being, resilience, and personal development throughout the lifespan.
