Sanya Kataria, Psy.D. Sanya Kataria is a Clinical Psychologist with Psy.D. Her approach to therapy is eclectic, based on client’s individual needs. She makes use of varied therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance And Commitment therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. With her clients, Sanya takes a collaborative approach, bringing them for equal participation in their psychotherapeutic journey.
