I am a qualified psychologist with an MA in Applied Psychology and GATE certification in Psychology. With experience as a student counselor and rehabilitation psychology intern, I have conducted individual and group therapy sessions, parental training, and staff well-being workshops. My areas of work include adolescent and young adult mental health, stress and anxiety management, emotional regulation, and building self-esteem. I also conduct assessments and provide tailored interventions to meet individual needs. Being fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil, I am able to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
