I am a Registered Psychologist, licensed in Alberta and BC. I have formal training in assessment and therapy with over 20 years experience. I provide therapeutic support for trauma, anxiety, depression, concussion/brain injury, learning challenges, ADHD and other mental health concerns. I work with children, adults and families, with extensive experience working with veterans and first responders. I have formal training in trauma and mental health therapeutic modalities (EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Process Training, Neurotherapy) and will soon be certified (level 1) in Brain Working Recursive Therapy. I also have experience and training with other therapeutic modalities (PET, DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness therapy).
