I have extensive experience working in schools, supporting children with learning disabilities, and guiding teenagers as they explore their path after school through vocational counseling. I’ve expanded my practice to include Health Coaching, working holistically with children, teens, and young adults to help them navigate anxiety, relationships, limiting beliefs, and lifestyle habits. I provide tools and support for achieving emotional balance, building self-confidence, and reaching personal health and wellbeing goals. My approach is warm and compassionate, and I always aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Looking forward to meeting you!
