As a certified counselling psychologist, I offer evidence based therapy like CBT, ACT, REBT, CT, TF-CBT. With Masters in Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling,I am ethical in my practice and build rapport with my clients using Counselling skills tailored to each client’s needs. The process includes case history taking, Mental status examination, assessment, therapy, Follow up and regular MSE. I provide emotional and collaborative support to individuals in exploring and understanding their feelings and behaviour, motivate them towards positive change.
