I am is a trained Psychologist and Psychotherapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioral challenges. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Techniques, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
