As a psychologist I provide individual therapy for children, young teens and adults. Therapy is focused on helping individuals understand what they are going through and find the best therapeutically method that works for them. I provide Cognitive Based Therapy, Emotion based therapy and Art therapy in my sessions. I help my clients deal with current issues such as loneliness, depression, anxiety, ADHD. For children I work with play based methods but also guide parents and teachers in handling the children individually as well as in a classroom.
