I hold a B.Sc in Counseling Psychology and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology I am a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with additional training in Inclusive Education, Learning Disability Management, CBT (cognitive Behavioural Therapy and various child and adolescent mental health support methods. Throughout my work at Rehabilitation Centers and schools. I have created Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), conducted behavior assessments, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and engaged families in the intervention process. My strengths include: Expertise in ABA principles and managing children with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities Deep experience in creating and implementing behavior and academic support plans Strong communication and multilingual ability (English, Malayalam, Arabic and Hindi (basic) for diverse parent engagement.
