Malsha Senarath

a compassionate Clinical Psychology trainee currently pursuing my MPhil at the University of Colombo. With extensive clinical placements at top mental health institutions such as the National Hospital Sri Lanka and the National Institute of Mental Health, I have developed strong skills in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My experience spans individual and couples therapy, psychological assessments, and community mental health initiatives. I am passionate about supporting couples through their unique challenges, helping them improve communication, build stronger relationships, and foster emotional growth. I believe in a collaborative and culturally sensitive approach, tailoring therapy to meet each couple’s needs with empathy and professionalism. I look forward to working with clients to promote healing, resilience, and lasting positive change.
