About

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of theories from different schools of thought to best meet your individual needs and situation. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method; instead, I work collaboratively and holistically to tailor the therapeutic process to you. As your psychotherapist, I see my role as accompanying you on your journey of self-discovery. Together, we will build a therapeutic alliance grounded in empathy, trust, and compassion. I encourage an open, authentic dialogue that fosters honest and sincere communication. In the therapy room, I prioritise working relationally, meaning I aim to build a relationship built on trust that helps you explore all parts of yourself without judgement. In a fast-paced world filled with anxiety and stress, there is often little time to reflect and increase your self-awareness. I view therapy as a space to pause, explore, and challenge the core belief systems that shape how we see ourselves and others. I work with life scripts and narratives and enjoy understanding how the past impacts the present. Through this process, I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can bring your most vulnerable parts to be seen, heard and understood. I appreciate that starting therapy can be daunting, rest assured I was once in your shoes and I had a million to one questions! Therapy can be a powerful tool for creating positive change and navigating difficult decisions. I pride myself on being extremely open, curious and non-judgmental. I believe we all need someone we can talk to and open up to when life gets complicated.
