I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), holding a specialized MSc in Clinical Psychology. As a mental health professional with over eight years of experience in clinical and counselling psychology, I specialize in intensive case management, individual and group therapy, and wellness coaching. I have extensive experience supporting individuals facing serious mental illness, addiction, and complex psychosocial challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. In addition to my therapeutic work, I bring demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention, community outreach, client advocacy, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Kannada, allowing me to connect with diverse populations and provide culturally sensitive care.
