I am a Psychologist and certified Sex and Relationship Therapist offering inclusive, trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and partners. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Sensate Focus. I support clients with issues related to intimacy, desire, anxiety, identity, sexual pain, and relationship challenges. I create affirming spaces for people across diverse genders, sexualities, and relationship styles. My goal is to help clients feel safe, seen, and empowered in their emotional and relational lives.
