As a licensed mental health professional with over 5 years of experience in individual, adolescent, and adult counselling, I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling, a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling Psychology and am also a registered Homeopathic practitioner. This aids me in bringing a unique, holistic approach to therapy, integrating Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, REBT, ACT, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Art Therapy. I am committed to fostering emotional well-being and personal growth through evidence-based, client-centred interventions offered both online and in person, specialising in anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
