An RCI Licensed Psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across clinics, schools, and community spaces. Supports individuals with Neurodiversity and holds space for those going through emotional pain, trauma, or relationship struggles. This includes those experiencing burnout, workplace stress, emotional crisis, or simply feeling stuck — when everyday life begins to feel too much. Believes that healing doesn’t always begin with words. Working with various modalities of expressive arts and body-based approaches helps create ways to express what feels hard to say At the heart of this work is the intention to create a space that feels safe *“to be.”* A space where one can feel seen, valued, supported, and empowered — at their own pace.
