I am a clinical psychologist. My internship at the University College Hospital has provided me with comprehensive experience in conducting assessments, clinical diagnosis and evidenced based treatment plans. I am proficient in therapeutic skills such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches etc which are highly effective in tele health settings. My great ability to multitask will enhance my practice in Telehealth. I am excited about the opportunity to utilise my skills and passion for mental health to Individuals.
