As an experienced therapist who has lived in Israel for many years and worked in many different settings, my clients include Anglos and Israelis, young professionals, the LGBTQ community, students in a GAP year, and Olim from different religious beliefs, backgrounds, and nationalities. I speak Hebrew and English fluently. My clinical practice is with adults (individuals, families, and couples). The issues I specialize in are anxiety, depression, relationships, conflictual family issues (past and present), transitions, sexual issues, and trauma. My hope is to create a warm and safe space for my clients where they will not feel judged. My practice is based on dynamic psychotherapy, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and systems therapies but I am also holistic in my approach, and believe that 'wellness' includes a wide range of things including empowerment, self care and self validation Having made Aliya years ago I am aware of the complexity of adjusting to a new country and this often comes up in therapy.
