I’m passionate about helping people to improve their mental health. In 2017 I’ve abandoned an 18-year successful career working in companies as Siemens and CISCO do dedicate myself entirely to work as Therapist, coach and mentor. As a father of 1 adolescent and one adult, and two times married, I bring a lot of practical experience, empathy and understanding to the way I conduct the sessions. Besides helping individuals and couples around the world with their emotional challenges, my previous experience in business helps me a lot to support the customers that work in stressful environments because I know the kind of emotional challenges they are presented in daily life. In terms of certifications, I’ve dedicated four years to obtain my PhD in Mindfulness creating and studying the usability of a remote Mindfulness intervention for undergraduate student. I am also a certified mindfulness instructor of the Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention Protocol created by Prof. Sara Bowen that helps people with substances addiction.
