My clients are diverse and come from different cultures and are different ages and genders. Talking about their issues in a safe, secure, confidential space is therapeutic in itself, as is the importance of empowering my clients, validating their concerns, and normalising their experiences. Sometimes this is all my clients need. Others require assistance in setting goals, acquiring tools to manage their anxiety, tools to help them live independant, flourishing lives, knowing that they have the strategies, techniques and of course insight into themselves. I am a qualified counsellor with over eleven years experience under my belt. I am fuelled by passion to develop unique ways of understanding how we think, what we feel and why we behave as we do. My style of counselling is called integrative, which means I tailor my practice to each individual client, and to their needs. My personal style is warm and engaging, and my aim is to provide a safe, secure space for you to unpack. I am acknowledged in the therapeutic field as a leading clinician who has a proven record of building rapport in my clients and understanding their needs. I am here to help you help you.
